What happens if I travel overseas?

When traveling overseas you can still receive alerts, arm/disarm your cameras, view event videos, and receive calls from our monitoring center.

Since you'll be charged roaming fees, check with your cellular network provider if they have convenient international plans with lower roaming fees. While overseas, you can also use local WiFi networks with no additional roaming fees.

Please note that if you change your SIM card abroad, you will no longer be able to access you Kami/Yi App, and receive alerts.
