Why is the firmware file not updating on my YI LITE Action Camera?

a. Check whether the current firmware version of the camera is the same as that of the firmware file in the SD card. If they are the same, the camera will not be upgraded.

b. After formatting the SD card on the camera, retry the upgrade process.
