How to troubleshoot "camera is offline"?
- Check to see if the status light is on and the color indicated is solid blue on the camera. If the blue light is blinking please check your Wi-Fi network.
- Make sure your phone has either Wi-Fi or a cellular connection to view the camera in the YI Home app.
- Reset the camera and pair again using your mobile device.
