When I try to use my computer/adaptor to charge the device, it will not charge?(YI 4K+ Action Camera)

The computer or adaptor's output current and voltage may not meet the charging requirements.
Charging requirements: Input current 1A, output voltage 5V
It is recommended to use a 2A input current power adapter for charging.
