Cloud Service not uploading the recordings to the Cloud
If you have purchased a cloud service in the app, but you are not able to see any cloud service for the camera, the "Video upload service" may be disabled. Please refer to the steps below to enable.
1. Launch the YI Home/Kami App.
2. From the App Home Screen, select the camera.
3. Tap on Settings.
5. Tap on My Cloud.
6. Click the grey toggle switch to enable the "Video upload service".
