Not receiving Notifications to the phone?

To receive Push-Notifications to the phone, first, enable the app notification on the phone. Refer to the steps below.

For Android users:

1. Access the settings app of your mobile phone.

2. Tap on Apps or Apps & Permissions.

3. Select the app.

4. Turn on the Notifications feature.​

For IOS users:

1. Access the settings app of your mobile phone.

2. Scroll to the bottom of your screen (where you can see all of the Apps installed on your phone). Select the app.

3. Tap on Notifications.

4. Be sure that all the settings shown under Notifications are enabled.

(Allow Notification, Banner Style >Temporary, Sounds, Badges, Show Previews > Always, and Notification Grouping > Automatic).

Next, the Push Notification in the "Alder" app will need to be enabled. From the app main screen, click on the menu icon in the top left corner. Select Users. Click on the name of the User. Click the toggle switch next to "Push Notification" to enable.
