Cloud service not working
If you have purchased a cloud service in the app, but you are not able to see any cloud service for the camera, the "Video upload service" may be disabled. Please refer to the steps below to enable.
1. First log into the account in the app.
2. From the app home screen, click on inside the camera thumbnail.
3. Click on the Cloud tab in the bottom right corner.
4. Select the gear symbol or hexagon symbol in the upper right corner.
5. Under "My Cloud", if disabled, click the grey toggle switch to enable the "Video upload service".
