How to set alarm for your cameras and sensors with 24/7 Pro Monitoring

Here are the steps on how to set arm and disarm feature on your cameras/sensors:

When armed: 

Cameras - Will be active and will record when motion is detected or will continuously record(depends on the mode you're in)

Sensors - will trigger 24/7 Pro Monitoring when sensors detect 

Setup suggestions:

Home mode: Only arm sensors installed on your rooms or jewelry boxes

Away mode: Arm the sensors all over the house

Go to Account

Go to Arm settings

You can select the cameras and sensors that you want to arm or disarm on Away and Stay mode and tap on Confirm to save.

Setup options: 

1. You can arm cameras/sensors on both Away and Stay mode

2. You can arm a specific camera/sensors only on Away mode

3. You can arm a specific camera/sensors only on Stay mode

When the 24/7 Pro Monitoring is Triggered. An agent from the 24/7 Pro Monitoring team will call you to inquire about the triggered sensor. The Pro Monitoring rep can also call the authorities if there's an intrusion happening.

Note: You'll only have access to these settings if there's a 24/7 Pro Monitoring active on your account.
