How to download Activity Alert clips on a specific camera using the YI/Kami mobile app

To download the alert clips from the YI/Kami app, please follow the steps below.

1. Launch the YI/Kami Home App.

2. Click the Alert icon on a specific camera.

3. Select the "Alert clip" that you want to download.

4. Pause the Activity Alert clip while playback, click on the cloud icon with an arrow pointing down. That is the download icon. If you receive a message saying, "Unable to access to your album. (check Settings > Privacy > Photos), please follow those steps on your phone to enable.

5. After clicking on the download icon, a message will appear that says "Saved". This means the Alert clip was downloaded to your Photos/Gallery app on the phone.
