How to Reset the Disarm Passcode

Disarm Passcode provides extra security when a household member tries to disarm the system from inside the app or via text message. If you want to reset your passcode, you may change it by following the steps below:

Please note that resetting the Passcode does not require you to input the previous one; you only need to provide the new Safe Word to make the change.

1. Go to the Security tab.  

2. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Tap on Disarm Passcode. 

4. Click Reset Passcode. 

5. Create a new passcode, then confirm the passcode.
