How to Reset the Safe Word

Safe Word is used by Kami Monitoring to verify your identity. If you have forgotten your Safe Word, you may change it by following the steps below:

It's important to highlight that resetting the Safe Word does not require you to input the previous one; you only need to provide the new Safe Word to make the change.

1. Go to the Security tab. 

2. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Tap on Safe Word.

4. Enter your preferred Safe Word and click Save Changes.
