How to Change Image/Video Resolution Quality

It's important to note that higher-quality images or videos require increased bandwidth for streaming and storage. So, we highly recommend that you ensure a stable and strong network connection and sufficient storage before switching the resolution of your videos.

To switch the video quality from "Standard Definition" to "High Definition," please follow the steps below:

1. Open the YI/Kami Home App.

2. Click on the camera thumbnail to access the live feed.

3. Tap on the Live Feed screen once to reveal the option to change video quality.

3. Click on the drop-down arrow and select "HD."
