Why do I need to update the firmware?
- If the Wi-Fi connection between your camera and router is working fine, but you are experiencing any kind of problems such as no voice prompts since power on, App can’t pair the camera, App connection always fails, the status LED is always yellow or flashing, etc. It’s recommended to first try and update the firmware in the app. However, if the camera is not working properly, we recommend updating the firmware manually.
