Please check the status light:
- Blue light is on,
- Check if your router is connected to Internet. Check if you can successfully connect your other devices such as mobile phone or computer to Internet using this router.
- Quit and reopen your app.
- Restart the camera (re-plug the power cord).
- Blue light is blinking,

- Remove the micro SD card, try to reconnect power cord.
- Try to change to another USB wire (problem could be caused by power cord or power voltage).
- Reset the camera.
