Can I ask for a refund or change my subscription plan when my current subscription is still active?
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds while your subscription is still active. If you wish to change your subscription plan, please cancel your current subscription and select a new one.
For example, if you wish to upgrade your 15-day subscription to a 30-day subscription, please cancel your 15-day subscription, then purchase a 30-day subscription.
Make sure you save all your videos from the cloud before you cancel your subscription. Failure to do so may result in a loss of previously recorded videos.
