Problems with my cloud subscription?
After signing up for a cloud subscription, a cloud service will be active in the YI app. If not, there may be an issue when the cloud subscription was processed. First, verify if the cloud subscription is active or not.
YI Home app Discover Cloud Settings
1. Open the YI Home app.
2. Click on Discover in the bottom right corner.
3. Select Cloud Settings. A cloud service will be available if there is an active cloud service. If the service is not active a message will say, "You have not subscribed to cloud service yet." A link below will say To Subscribe.
If a payment was processed for the cloud service but the app doesn't show a cloud service, verify an active subscription on iOS (Apple) or Android (Google).
4. Here is the link to check on iOS. First, go to the home page on the Apple iOS device. Then click on Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID: username@email.com > View Apple ID > Subscriptions > YI Home. If there is a checkmark next to the subscription, there is an active subscription. If there is no checkmark, there is no active subscription. If you are using a free trial the cloud service will be active until the end of the free trial whether you have a checkmark or not.
5. For Android, you can only verify a cloud subscription in the mobile (YI Home or Kami Home) app. From the app home screen, click on Discover. Then click on Cloud Settings. If the subscription is not shown, contact us at support@kamihome.com to verify the service on our cloud back end.
