Change Your Password within the YI Home/Kami App
If you need to change your password, log in to your account, select Account > to select your profile image
> select Change Password.
- Enter the current password
- Enter the new password
- The new password must be 8-16 characters long and must have the following characteristics:
- At least one uppercase letter (e.g., AB).
- At least one lowercase letter (e.g., ab).
- At least one number (e.g., 1234).
4. Enter the new password again.
5. Click Next to save the password.
6. Click Return/Back to log out from the App and need to log in with your account email address and a new password created.
Note:
- Make sure your region in the top right is correct.
- Tap on I have read, understand and agree to the <Terms of Use> and <Privacy Policy>
