Lost video files?
A1. When the mobile APP connects to the recorder to playback the video, download the video, and set the recorder, the recorder pauses the recording at this time, so there will be no video files during the time period during which the operation is performed.
A2. The recorder will not record video when it is shut down or crashed. You can check whether the recorder is not powered normally or the TF card quality problem has caused a crash.
A3. After the recorder is normally turned on, if the recording is stopped by human intervention, a videoless file may occur. Under normal circumstances, if it is not artificially intervened, the camera will start recording images directly when it is powered on.
