What should I do if device has a crash, an automatic reboot, etc?

A1 suggests to change the angle of the car charger and try again.

A2 Please pull out the TF card and turn it on without the card to check whether the recorder can start normally. If the TF card is unplugged, please check if the TF card is dirty. If it is, please clean it and try again. If it still doesn't work, please replace the TF card directly.
