How to cancel YI Cloud Subscription for free trial or non-free trial iOS users.

Please follow the steps to cancel the YI Cloud subscription with Apple iOS.

1) First, go to the home page on the Apple iOS device. Then click on the "Settings" app.

2) Select "Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases". Sign in to the iCloud account if not already signed in.

3) Select Subscriptions.

4) Click on the app used to purchase the subscription (YI Home or Kami Home). 

6) Select "Cancel Free Trial". If the cloud service was purchased without a free trial, select "Cancel Subscription".

If you cancel the subscription for the free trial it will continue to work until the end of the free trial.

If you are using a paid subscription without a free trial, if you cancel the subscription it will continue to work until the subscription expiration date.  The service will not renew if canceled 1 day before the renewal date.
