How to add and remove the cameras to and from a cloud subscription in the YI/Kami Home app?
You will need to have an active cloud subscription. To add a camera, log into the YI / Kami Home app. The YI Home and Kami Home apps have the same steps.
Here are the steps on how to add cameras to the cloud service:
1. From the YI Home or Kami Home app home screen, tap on the Account tab.
2. Tap on Manage.
3. Tap on the arrow facing right (must select the active subscription).
4. Select the cameras that you want to add. Tap Next to save changes.
If you see the error, "The camera is offline", you can't remove that camera from the cloud service. If the camera is powered off, check the camera power connection. If the camera is powered on, check the network connection between your Wi-Fi router and camera location. Once the camera is back online, you will be able to remove the camera from a cloud service.
