What does error code 3006 mean?
This indicates the camera is offline. Our server did not receive a heartbeat from the camera for an extended period (5 minutes).
To troubleshoot this issue effectively, please follow these steps:
- Start by confirming that the camera has power. If it's powered on move it next to your router. Ensure that the distance between the camera and the router does not exceed 33 feet.
- Wait for a few minutes and observe if there are any changes. If the issue persists, proceed to power cycle your camera. For wired cameras, unplug the power cable and then plug it back in. For wire-free (battery) cameras, simply turn it off and on by pressing the power button.
Once the camera is back online, check the stability of the connection. If the camera remains connected next to your router, the problem may lie with the Wi-Fi connection between the router and the camera's installation location.
