Cloud Plan Difference

We offer different cloud plans to choose from in the mobile app (iOS or Android), Cloud website https://cloud.yitechnology.com/#/login and Kami Store https://store.yitechnology.com/collections/services.

The two main differences are the Motion Detected service and the CVR (continuous video recording) service. With the Motion Detected service, if the camera is triggered by motion activity, it will upload to the cloud. With CVR, the camera will upload everything to the cloud.

We offer plans to store the recordings in the cloud for 7 days, 15 days, or 30 days. The plans are also based on the number of cameras (1 camera or 5 cameras) you need to add to the cloud service.

If you are interested in an emergency service, we offer a combo plan that includes a cloud service and E911 service. E911 is an electronic emergency response service that contacts a dispatcher for you and sends police and fireman to the location set in the app for your camera.

The pricing for each plan is based on the type of plan (Motion or CVR), how long the recordings are stored in the cloud, how many cameras are supported, and where the plans are purchased.
