If you are seeing a distorted or discolored image when viewing the camera in the app, this may be due to a software or hardware issue with the camera.
If you are using an Android device, there is a setting that may help to improve the video quality. This setting is called Hardware Decode. To enable, from the app home screen, click on Discover in the bottom right corner. Scroll down to the bottom of the app screen and click on Settings. Click the grey toggle switch next to Hardware Decode to enable.
If this doesn't correct the issue on an Android device or you are using an iPhone device, please contact our technical support at firstname.lastname@example.org to further address this matter and see if your camera is under warranty for replacement.
