If you purchased a cloud service, but you don't see any cloud recording, this may be due to the camera not being added to the service. Please refer to the link below.
However, if you don't see your cloud service active in the app, please verify if the payment for the service was completed. To verify, from the app home screen, click on Discover (YI Home / Kami Home) or Profile (YI IoT / Digit Cam). Click on Manage Plans > Order History (YI Home) or Discover / Profile > Order History for Kami, YI IoT or Digit Cam.
If the order shows a charge, please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org to further address this matter. If you don't see a charge, the payment may have not been processed. Please verify with your bank statement to see if a charge was made.
