How To Purchase A Cloud Service Plan

If you want to purchase a cloud service plan, please follow the steps below:

1) Open any web browser, go to the website https://cloud.yitechnology.com/#/login and log into your account. Enter the same account credentials used to log into the account in the mobile app and click "Login".

2) After selecting the correct plan, click on "Buy".

3) Select the form of payment. For Credit Card, select and click "Add Card". Follow the steps to complete the process. For PayPal, select and click "Pay (dollar amount shown). Follow the steps to complete the process.

4) After the purchase has been completed, the new cloud service will be shown under Orders > "Cloud Plans". The details of the purchase are shown under "Purchase History". 

5) To add a camera to a cloud service, under "Orders" select "Cloud Plans". Click on "Manage Cameras". Select the circle next to the camera and click "Finish". To remove a camera from a plan, unselect the circle next to the camera and click "Finish".
