How To Download The Cloud Video?

 

To download the cloud activity, please refer to the steps below:

1. From the YI Home or Kami Home app home screen, tap on the camera which you want to download the cloud activity.

2. Tap on the calendar icon and select the date you want to download the cloud activity. Now slide the timeline bar. This will playback the activity after loading is completed.

3. Tap on the playback area. This will reveal the controls available for activity playback. Then tap on the download cloud icon before the camera icon. The window to select the start and end time will be shown.

4. Choose the time duration to download the activity and tap the Download button, You will be redirected to the Downloaded Videos screen and your downloading will start, wait for the download to complete. Downloading can take some time depending on your internet speed.

5. You will see the downloaded video directly in the Album after downloading or you can go to the Home screen -> Accounts -> Album -> Downloaded Photos to view even.
