How to change email address thru the app

To change your email address thru the YI/Kami Home App, please follow the steps below:

1. From the YI Home or Kami Home app home screen, tap on the Account tab.

2. ​Tap on My Account then, select email address.

3. ​​Select the change email address option.

​​

4. ​Enter your new email address and tap on the Change Email button. A verification link will be sent to the newly entered email address. Click on the confirmation link sent to your new email. A success message will be shown.
