How to create an account in the Yi Home or Kami Home app?

In order to create an Account, do the following:

1. Launch your YI/Kami Home App and select your region.

2. Select Create Account.

3. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email.

    Create a password (8-16 characters long). Your password must include three of the following:

       •At least one uppercase letter.

       •At least one lowercase letter.

       •At least one number. e.g. Test1831

   Enter the security code shown in the box. (Please take note that the said code is case sensitive and will expire approximately within 60 seconds)

Agree to the terms and conditions then tap on Sign up.

4. You’ll receive an email with your Activation Link. Open the link to activate your account. 

Note: You must confirm your registration within 30 minutes by opening the activation link sent to your email or you’ll need to start over. If you don't receive your activation link in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
